Slow Co is a family and friend-run, artisan pizza place based in Cotati, CA, that is centered around the bounty of our very own Sonoma County. Our menu is built around seasonality and a deep connection to the local farming community. We use a slow fermentation process for our naturally-leavened pizza dough (Hence our name -“Slow Co” ) and we appreciate the notion that good things in life take time to cultivate. We also offer a small curated list of natural wines, draft beers, and tasty beverages. We are committed to being both a fun and safe gathering place for friends and families of ALL kinds here in Cotati.
